Soundproof Audio Studio – $299/day

The soundproof audio studio is perfect for your podcasts, audiobook recordings, voice recordings, audio editing and screen captures and is available for hourly ($39/hour) and daily rental ($299/day). The room comes with a professional audio recording microphone and computer with audio recording and screen capture software. Compatible with podcasting and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Riverside.fm, etc.

We recommend prior experience using Mac computers and basic sound recording and editing knowledge. 

Q: Where can I park?

A: Street parking is available all around the building and their are paid lots behind the building.  See figure below.

Q: Will someone be there to assist me?

A: If it is your first time in our studio, the studio manager provide you with a brief tour of the room and help you with specific questions.  If you think you will need additional help, we recommend booking a production assistant from the à la carte items.

Q: How early should I arrive?

A: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your reservation.

Q: How will I know when my time is up?

A: There will be a clock located in the studio.  The studio manager will also provide you with a 15 minute warning.  We ask that you leave the studio in the same condition that you arrived.

Q: What sort of grip equipment is available to use in the studios?

A: We will have a variety of standard grip equipment such as C-stands, clamps, apple boxes, sandbags, etc. for use.  These will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Q: Will someone teach me how to work the equipment in the room?

A: We recommend that you view our tutorials in the resources section (you need to be a MEmber to unlock this section). If you need advanced training or just have a quick question, our Studio Manager will be available to help.

We will retain 20% of your booking as a non-refundable fee for cancellations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. As a courtesy to the next booking, the studio must be clear at the end of your allotted time.

Please note that we DO NOT allow: Explicit material, sound levels over 70 decibels (we are not a music recording studio), hazardous materials, alcohol or tobacco.
